Consumidor de SP pode pedir bloqueio de telemarketing por WhatsApp e SMS; veja como fazer

Portal ‘Não Me Ligue’ do Procon-SP cadastra pessoas que não querem receber contatos via aplicativos com ofertas ou cobranças. Quem tiver número com DDD do estado de São Paulo pode pedir para que empresas de telemarketing não entrem em contato por aplicativos.

Os consumidores do estado de São Paulo agora podem pedir o bloqueio de contatos de telemarketing via WhatsApp e SMS por meio do portal “Não Me Ligue”, mantido pelo Procon-SP.
O cadastro para não receber mais ligações oferecendo produtos ou cobranças existe desde 2009 no estado, mas uma nova lei que passou a valer na quarta-feira passada (10) amplia a restrição ao telemarketing para as mensagens.
Como pedir o bloqueio
As pessoas podem cadastrar seu número de telefone no portal “Não Me Ligue”, preenchendo uma ficha com os dados pessoais. É possível incluir até cinco linhas telefônicas fixas ou de celular por CPF.
O cadastro é válido apenas para números do estado de São Paulo (DDDs 11 a 19).
Depois do cadastro, as empresas de telemarketing ou fornecedores de produtos e serviços têm até 30 dias para interromper os contatos. Empresas de outros estados precisam respeitar a lista.
O cliente pode solicitar a exclusão do bloqueio a qualquer momento ou autorizar ligações de empresas específicas.
O site do Procon-SP permite que o consumidor registre uma reclamação os contatos persistam.
Segundo o órgão de defesa do consumidor, 2,8 milhões de linhas telefônicas já foram incluídas em sua lista desde o início de funcionamento. De janeiro de 2021 até o dia 10 de março, 60.526 linhas haviam sido cadastradas.
Bloqueio em outros estados
A Anatel (Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações) possui um cadastro nacional similar, que impede contato de telemarketing das operadoras de telefone e bancos que ofertam empréstimo consignado.
O cadastro pode ser feito no site “Não Me Perturbe” e as regras são parecidas: após a inclusão na lista, as empresas têm até 30 dias para deixarem de fazer as ligações.
