Acionistas da Petrobras reconduziram sete membros do conselho de administração, todos indicados pela União, e elegeram um candidato indicado por minoritários, durante assembleia geral nesta sexta-feira (27).
Com a eleição, a Petrobras passará a contar com três membros indicados por minoritários, sete indicados pela União e um por trabalhadores, considerando os assentos que não estiveram em jogo nessa reunião.
O resultado frustrou expectativas de acionistas minoritários, que conseguiram eleger apenas um nome, Marcelo Gasparino, quando buscavam avançar em mais cadeiras do colegiado. Os minoritários tinham três candidatos.
À Reuters, Gasparino afirmou que o formato do boletim de voto à distância precisa ser aprimorado para que os acionistas minoritários não possam ser induzidos a distribuir votos em todos os candidatos.
“Nem em clube social se recebe 11 cédulas para votar em oito assentos disponíveis. O formato da chapa deve ser abolido do modelo de votação em companhias abertas brasileiras”, disse Gasparino.
Os candidatos reconduzidos foram Sonia Julia Sulzbeck Villalobos, Cynthia Santana Silveira, Eduardo Bacellar Leal Ferreira (presidente), Joaquim Silva e Luna, Ruy Flaks Schneider, Márcio Andrade Weber e Murilo Marroquim de Souza.
A assembleia para eleição de oito membros do colegiado desta sexta-feira, por voto múltiplo, foi convocada após Marcelo Gasparino, também único indicado por minoritários a ser eleito em uma assembleia anterior em abril, ter renunciado ao cargo sob alegação de ter identificado problemas nos procedimentos da reunião.
O resultado desta sexta-feira terminou igual ao da assembleia de abril.
