A Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP) registrou 60 novos casos de Covid-19 em plataformas de petróleo e gás, segundo relatório publicado nesta segunda-feira, com a média móvel de ocorrências avançando desde o início do mês.
No relatório anterior, publicado no site da reguladora na sexta-feira, 69 infectados pelo coronavírus tinham sido reportados. Pela média móvel dos últimos 15 dias, o número de casos subiu para 45, versus 39 na publicação anterior.
Produção de petróleo no Brasil cai 8% em fevereiro, diz ANP
Desde o início da pandemia, foram registrados 3.483 casos confirmados de Covid-19, que acessaram instalações marítimas de óleo e gás. Ao todo, foram computadas seis mortes pela doença. Os dados da ANP não especificam casos por empresas.
Na semana passada, a Petrobras reduziu a produção de óleo e gás das plataformas P-40 e P-56, no campo de Marlim Sul, na Bacia de Campos, após um surto de Covid-19 ter afetado as operações da P-38, que recebe produto de ambas as unidades, explicou a companhia.

A P-40 e a P-56 produziram juntas mais de 85 mil barris de petróleo por dia, em janeiro, segundo dados disponibilizados pela agência em seu site. A reguladora e a Petrobras não detalharam quais os volumes que deixaram de ser produzidos.
De acordo com a ANP, a tripulação da P-38 foi testada para Covid-19, e os resultados confirmaram infecção em 27 pessoas.
Também na semana passada, o Sindicato dos Petroleiros do Norte Fluminense, que representa os trabalhadores na Bacia de Campos, pediu ao Ministério Público do Trabalho que a Petrobras fosse chamada a prestar esclarecimentos sobre o avanço da Covid-19 em plataformas de óleo e gás, segundo documento visto pela Reuters.
