A rede varejista Lojas Renner informou nesta quinta-feira (19) que um ataque cibernético afetou parte de seus sistemas e de sua operação.
Por volta das 18h45 (horário de Brasília), o site da empresa, usado como uma loja virtual, não permitia acessar produtos.
O site Lojas Renner S.A., que apresenta informações institucionais para investidores, também permaneceu fora do ar.
O aplicativo da loja para Android apresentou um aviso de que “o sistema teve uma instabilidade” e, por isso, não conseguiu carregar as páginas.

Em comunicado, a companhia afirmou que as informações em seus principais bancos de dados foram preservadas e que a operação nas lojas não foi afetada.
“Em nenhum momento as lojas físicas tiveram suas atividades interrompidas”, diz a nota da Lojas Renner.
No texto, a loja alegou que faz uso de padrões rígidos de segurança e que vai aprimorar sua infraestrutura para adotar mais protocolos de proteção de dados.
A empresa afirmou ainda que manterá o mercado informado e que notificará o caso às autoridades competentes nos próximos dias.
Procurada pelo G1, a Lojas Renner não informou como o ataque atingiu seu sistema, nem quais bases de dados foram afetadas.

Ataques cibernéticos
Nos últimos meses, ataques afetaram sistemas de empresas e órgãos brasileiros. Uma das vítimas foi a JBS, que, em junho, informou ter pago US$ 11 milhões para recuperar seus sistemas.
O pagamento aconteceu depois que a empresa teve suas operações interrompidas nos Estados Unidos, no Canadá e na Austrália por conta de um ransomware.
O ransomware é um tipo de vírus que impede o acesso às informações armazenadas em um sistema. O objetivo dos criminosos é forçar a vítima a pagar para recuperar o acesso aos dados.
O grupo de medicina diagnóstica Fleury afirmou em junho que foi alvo de uma tentativa de ataque hacker. A ação dificultou por alguns dias o acesso aos resultados de exames.
No último sábado (14), o Ministério da Economia revelou que a rede interna da Secretaria do Tesouro Nacional também foi alvo de um ataque por ransomware.
A Lojas Renner não informou se também foi vítima de um ransomware.
