O Universal Studios Japan informou na segunda-feira que seu parque temático em Osaka abrirá neste mês pela primeira vez desde o fechamento em março devido ao coronavírus.
A operadora japonesa de parques temáticos, pertencente à empresa norte-americana de telecomunicações Comcast, disse que reabrirá em 8 de junho para moradores da Prefeitura de Osaka, e a partir de 19 de junho para residentes de regiões próximas.
A reabertura do Universal Studios Japan (USJ) ocorre depois que o país asiático suspendeu seu estado de emergência na Prefeitura de Osaka e áreas vizinhas em 21 de maio, em decorrência de uma queda sustentada no número de infecções por coronavírus na região.
Em seu site, o USJ disse que os visitantes serão obrigados a usar máscaras no parque o tempo todo. Eles terão sua temperatura verificada antes da entrada e precisarão seguir as regras de distanciamento social em passeios e outras atrações.
Outros negócios, além de escolas e museus, estão reabrindo lentamente em todo o país nas últimas duas semanas. Lojas de departamento e cinemas em Tóquio abriram suas portas pela primeira vez desde abril, depois que a cidade encerrou seu estado de emergência na semana passada.
