A companhia aérea suspendeu voos entre São Paulo e Milão e está operando com corte de 30% nos voos internacionais. Latam suspende voos entre São Paulo e Milão por causa do coronavírus

A Latam informou que todos os clientes de voos internacionais com reservas feitas entre 6 e 22 de março poderão remarcar data e/ou destino da passagem sem multa, mas terão que pagar a diferença de tarifa. A alteração poderá ser feita uma única vez até 14 dias antes da partida do voo original, e para viagens até 31 de dezembro de 2020.
Quem for comprar passagens até 31 de março, um aviso no site da empresa informa que tanto a compra de passagens nacionais e internacionais nesse período poderá ter data ou destino alterado sem multas.
A companhia aérea anunciou um corte de 30% na capacidade de voos internacionais na semana passada devido à baixa demanda e restrições de viagens impostas por alguns governos. A medida foi aplicada principalmente para voos da América do Sul à Europa e aos Estados Unidos.
Itália
Com os voos entre São Paulo e Milão suspensos até o dia 16 de abril, todos os clientes com passagens dentro desse período com origem ou destino em qualquer aeroporto da Itália poderão remarcar data e/ou destino do bilhete sem pagar multa. Apesar da isenção, o cliente deverá pagar a diferença tarifária. Esses clientes também poderão pedir reembolso completo.
Já os voos com origem ou destino na Itália programados até o dia 30 de abril poderão ter remarcados data e/ou destino para viajar até 31 de dezembro de 2020.
Israel
Passageiros com voo para Israel, país que exigiu quarentena para ingresso no país, poderão remarcar data ou destino do voo sem multa (mas com diferença tarifária) para viajar até 31 de dezembro deste ano.
Para demais voos e destinos, a companhia aérea mantém a programação normal e informou que avaliará em cada caso a caso questões de flexibilização de regras.
