O Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE) vai abrir 397 vagas de trabalho para realização do Centro Demográfico 2020 em Piracicaba (SP), informou a prefeitura da cidade nesta segunda-feira (2).
De acordo com o governo municipal, serão 353 vagas para recenseadores, 39 para agente censitário supervisor e cinco para agente censitário municipal. Em todo o Estado de São Paulo, serão 46 mil vagas.
A previsão é de que o seja publicado este mês. Nele, constará todas as informações relativas ao processo seletivo. O prazo de duração dos contratos será até dezembro deste ano e o valor das remunerações será definido pelo IBGE. A coleta de dados será realizada entre agosto e outubro deste ano. O último censo foi realizado no ano de 2010.
O G1 questionou o IBGE sobre detalhes das vagas de emprego, como salários, benefícios, formação escolar exigida e quando será publicado o edital, mas o instituto informou que estas informações serão divulgadas futuramente.
Reunião
A prefeitura informou que o IBGE realizará neste mês, no município, uma reunião para fornecer subsídios para atualização do mapeamento local, auxiliar na divulgação do processo seletivo para a contratação de mão de obra e na montagem dos postos de coleta e oferecimento de apoio logístico para a cobertura do território.
Realizada de dez em dez anos, o censo demográfico é voltado o aprimoramento da gestão pública. Os dados recolhidos por meio dele dados alimentam índices nacionais, dão respaldo a políticas públicas, decisões institucionais e privadas, sociais e assistenciais, de saúde e educação.
