Uma franquia de equipamentos pra captação da energia solar cresceu 80% no ano passado. A arrancada veio com os seguidos aumentos da tarifa de energia elétrica e com a popularização do modelo home based – em que o franqueado faz as vendas de casa.
A família do Luis Otávio Colaferro estava certa quando apostou na energia solar em 2009. Os primeiros clientes eram da área de agrobusiness. Em 2015, houve uma grande procura pelos sistemas solares por pessoas físicas e empresas.
“Então a gente buscou um formato que atendesse, um parceiro que pudesse fazer a venda e a instalação muitas vezes do sistema. E isso através do modelo de franquia realmente fez sentido”, afirma Colaferro.
José Guilherme Novaes, por exemplo, deixou o emprego como executivo numa grande empresa para investir na primeira franquia em 2017. Hoje tem 3 unidades. Apostou todas as fichas nesse mercado que não para de crescer no Brasil, mesmo com a pandemia.
O gerente de projetos Nilson Aoki conta que gastou R$ 30 mil para instalar 16 placas solares em casa, A previsão é recuperar o investimento em 5 anos. “Eu gero energia aqui, consumo, e o que sobrar vira saldo de kilowatt/hora. E eu pago os tributos, iluminação pública, e os impostos estaduais e municipais normal”, explica.
Foi pensando em clientes como o Nilson que a empresa do franqueador Luis Otávio deu mais um passo na expansão no ano passado. Formatou um novo segmento no negócio: o modelo de franquia home based, que tira muitas responsabilidades técnicas do franqueado e faz com que ele assuma muito mais um papel comercial, sem necessidade de contratar equipe.
Com investimento inicial a partir de R$ 15 mil, a novidade fez a rede crescer 80% do ano passado para cá.
A rede já tem 100 unidades franqueadas em funcionamento, em 90 cidades. Até o fim do ano, a meta é chegar a 250, com a ajuda do novo modelo home based.
