Uma maneira de faturar na pandemia é oferecer serviços que melhoram a autoestima dos clientes. A empresária Márcia Paranhos, de São Paulo, viu o faturamento aumentar ao expandir a venda de cabelos naturais.
A empresária é especializada no preparo e na produção das extensões capilares desde 2018. O mercado já estava em alta. Mas no ano passado, ela viu o faturamento aumentar 500% com a pandemia.

“Havia uma determinada procura, uma determinada demanda na busca por cabelos. E na pandemia, isso cresceu de uma forma exorbitante”, diz Márcia.
Antes da pandemia, a empresária produzia, em média, 300 gramas de cabelo por dia. Agora, são 32 quilos por mês. A demanda é tanta que a empresa precisou, inclusive, criar um serviço de entrega express.
Não há venda direta para o consumidor final, apenas para os profissionais de salão, que pagam por grama de cabelo. O preço varia de acordo com o tipo e a coloração.
Novas frentes
Agora, a Márcia tem três frentes de serviço: dá cursos para ensinar as diferentes técnicas de preparo e colocação de extensões capilares, vende produtos e materiais para preparação e comercializa apliques para pronta entrega.
“Só trabalhamos com fios selecionados, fios naturais”, diz Márcia. “Não trabalhamos com nenhum cabelo de fio artificial. Somente cabelo natural.”
Os produtos da Márcia vão para todo o Brasil.
“Hoje, a maioria das nossas vendas é feita online, via Whatsapp, via ligação de vídeo. Como nós temos a facilidade de personalizar a cor para o nosso cliente, a gente faz isso através de vídeo e de foto”, diz a empresária.
Com o mercado em alta, a Márcia tem agora um novo plano: criar um estúdio especializado em aplicação e terapia capilar. “Nossa intenção é fechar o ano em algo estimado de em torno de R$ 2 milhões de faturamento em 2021.”
