Máscaras, controle de temperatura e nada de abraços no Mickey Mouse foram as novidades para os visitantes da Disneylândia da Califórnia nesta sexta-feira (30), quando o parque temático original de Walt Disney reabriu pela primeira vez em mais de um ano.
De acordo com as diretrizes da pandemia de coronavírus, o parque foi aberto apenas para moradores da Califórnia e a capacidade foi limitada a 25% para permitir o distanciamento físico.
“Foi muito bom estar de volta com toda essa energia, e os membros do elenco foram muito receptivos”, disse Lauren England, uma das primeiras visitantes do dia.
Visitantes com 2 anos ou mais são obrigados a usar máscaras, e não é permitido dar abraços nos personagens fantasiados como Mickey Mouse e Branca de Neve, entre outros.
Não haverá desfiles, e as exibições noturnas de fogos de artifício foram suspensas para evitar aglomerações.
Jocelyn Bonilla, que estava entre os mais de 28.000 trabalhadores do parque temático da Disney dos EUA que ficaram de licença durante o longo fechamento, comemorou a reabertura.
“Eu sou uma das que foram dispensadas, então é bom estar de volta”, disse. “Ver todos de volta, ver tudo de volta ao normal, é incrível.”
Os ingressos para a Disneylândia estão esgotados até meados de junho, de acordo com o sistema de reservas online. O parque mais visitado da empresa, o Walt Disney World, em Orlando, na Flórida, foi reaberto em julho de 2020.
