As mulheres estão conseguindo ocupar mais espaço em cargos de liderança. É o que mostra a Page Executive, unidade de negócio do PageGroup especializada em recrutamento e seleção de executivos para alta direção (o chamado “C-Level”).
De acordo com a consultoria, a presença feminina nesses postos cresceu 20% em 2020, saltando de 30% em 2019 para 37% no ano passado.
A maior presença das mulheres em assentos de posições estratégicas é reflexo de um crescente aumento da participação feminina em processos seletivos.
Ainda de acordo com a Page Executive, a presença das mulheres em seus processos seletivos passou de 50% em 2019 para 70% em 2020.
A consultoria também procurou identificar quais segmentos em que há maior participação de mulheres. Foi detectado que os setores de Varejo, Farmacêutica, Cosméticos e de Bens de Consumo contam com mais mulheres em cargos de alta direção.
Já os segmentos Agro e Indústrias de Base e de Bens de Capital ainda não contam com expressiva atuação feminina.
Quanto às áreas, a Page Executive apontou que há maior presença de mulheres em RH, Marketing e Comercial. Com participação feminina menos intensa, aparecem Operações e Financeira.
“Esse aumento expressivo da presença de mulheres em cargos de liderança mostra que o mercado está cada vez mais engajado em deixar essa balança mais equilibrada”, diz Fernanda Amorim, diretora da Page Executive.
A Page Executive entrevistou cerca de 2 mil executivos no ano passado em seus processos de seleção, todos candidatos a cargos de direção, presidência e conselho. Eles atuam em empresas de pequeno, médio e grande porte em todo o Brasil e de diversos setores.
