O segundo semestre de 2020 tem várias datas festivas e cinco oportunidades para os pequenos empresários alavancarem as vendas. Em setembro acontece a Semana do Brasil, que comemora o 7 de setembro e promove descontos em lojas físicas e virtuais. Em outubro tem o Dia das Crianças, em novembro, a Black Friday e o Cyber Monday e, em dezembro, o Natal.
Para aproveitar melhor as datas, os comerciantes precisam de algumas estratégias. “Duas palavras são muito importantes: organização e planejamento. É preciso se organizar, verificar como vai divulgar e avisar os clientes antecipadamente”, alerta o consultor de negócios Haroldo Matsumoto.
“Com Dia das Crianças, Black Friday e Natal, a gente fatura 70% do volume do ano inteiro”, afirma Viviane Tamborim, gerente de marketing de uma loja de brinquedos em São Paulo.

A gestão eficiente do negócio é importante para garantir o sucesso da operação. Confira as dicas:
Liquidação e renovação do estoque: É o momento ideal para fazer um levantamento do que tem no estoque e liquidar os produtos. “O comerciante pode vender até pelo preço de custo para recuperar o capital e comprar novos produtos, renovando o estoque e gerando caixa para começar 2021 reforçado”, diz Matsumoto.
Vendas em marketplace e divulgação em redes sociais: Quanto mais presença em plataformas e redes sociais o comerciante tiver, mais chances ele tem de fazer bons negócios.
Investir em logística: Como são datas comemorativas, o cliente não pode receber o produto depois da festa. Se isso acontecer, a marca pode perder o cliente. “Além de gerar insatisfação, vai prejudicar a marca, o serviço e esse cliente com certeza não vai indicar e nem vai voltar a comprar”, afirma o consultor.
Analisar o comportamento do consumidor: Durante a pandemia, novos hábitos de consumo surgiram. As marcas precisam atender a essa demanda. “Pesquisas mostram que as famílias estão em busca de entretenimento, mas o que o meu comércio vai poder contribuir com uma solução ao problema do consumidor?”, questiona Viviane.
