A receita da semana do programa Rondônia Rural é o brigadeiro de castanha do Brasil. A confeiteira Daniela Rosso, de Porto Velho, se especializou em brigadeiros e ensina essa delícia caseira.
Pra fazer essa receita você vai precisar de:
395 ml de leite condensado
200 gramas de creme de leite
20 gramas de manteiga sem sal
30 gramas de castanha torrada triturada
Modo de preparo:
Saiba como fazer o brigadeiro de Castanha do Brasil
Primeiro, torre as castanhas trituradas (pode ser em qualquer panela). Não precisa torrar muito, só até ela soltar um pouquinho do óleo e começar a subir o cheirinho de castanha. Após torrar as castanhas, deixe esfriar por um tempo.
Em seguida despeje o leite condensado e o creme de leite em uma panela de fundo grosso e leve ao fogo baixo. Ao começar a levantar fervura, adicione as castanhas. É importante sempre mexer a mistura.
Quando perceber que a massa do brigadeiro estiver desgrudando da panela, desligue o fogo e continue mexendo por alguns minutinhos. Passe o brigadeiro para uma outra vasilha e cubra com plástico deixando ele em contato com o brigadeiro para não criar crosta.
O ideal é que a massa descanse (em um local com fresco da casa, mas não leve para geladeira) por 8 horas, para ficar bem firme. Agora é só bolear, ou seja, confeitar conforme sua preferência e depois saborear o brigadeiro de castanha.
