Dia 1º de abril foi considerado ponto facultativo, segundo uma portaria divulgada nesta quarta-feira pelo Ministério da Economia; com feriado nesta sexta-feira da Paixão, atendimento retorna na segunda-feira (5). As agências do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) estarão fechadas nesta quinta-feira (1º), por conta de ponto facultativo estabelecido pelo Ministério da Economia. Atendimentos agendados para a data serão transferidos pelo órgão, mas parte dos serviços está disponível nos canais digitais.
Com o feriado de Páscoa neste fim de semana, a sexta-feira da Paixão também não terá portas fechadas nas agências. O atendimento normal retorna na segunda-feira (5).
O INSS recomenda que beneficiários procurem o site gov.br/meuinss ou aplicativo Meu INSS para requerer benefícios, emitir extratos, cumprir exigências e agendar atendimento presencial. Pela central telefônica 135 é possível também obter orientações e esclarecer dúvidas.
Agências de São Paulo
As unidades do INSS no estado de São Paulo atenderão, durante a fase emergencial do plano estadual para conter a disseminação da Covid, apenas segurados que tiverem perícia médica ou avaliação social agendadas. Essa fase está prevista para durar até 11 de abril.
Segundo o INSS, as unidades que não oferecem nenhum dos dois serviços permanecerão fechadas nesse período. O instituto entrará em contato com os segurados que possuem outros agendamentos para remarcar o atendimento.
“Alguns segurados, no entanto, podem estar com o cadastro desatualizado, o que inviabiliza o contato. Caso não receba nenhuma ligação do Instituto, o segurado deve ligar para o telefone 135 antes de ir à agência”, adverte o INSS.
Vale lembrar que, nos municípios que anteciparam feriados e pontos facultativos, estão suspensos todos os atendimentos nesses dias.
O INSS lembra ainda que o dia 2 de abril será feriado nacional – por isso não haverá expediente em nenhuma unidade do INSS no país. Além disso, as agências também não abrem aos sábados e domingos.
