A AstraZeneca subiu 1,6%, com o índice europeu do setor de saúde aumentando 1,1%. As ações europeias subiram nesta segunda-feira (7) após perdas das ações de tecnologia na semana passada em Wall Street, com os investidores acompanhando desenvolvimentos da vacina Covid-19.
A Austrália espera receber os primeiros lotes de uma potencial vacina em janeiro, após acordo com a CSL para duas vacinas, uma da parceria da AstraZeneca e a Universidade de Oxford, e outra em laboratórios próprios da CSL com a Universidade de Queensland.
A AstraZeneca subiu 1,6%, com o índice europeu do setor de saúde aumentando 1,1%. A Sanofi subiu 1% após dizer que uma vacina contra o coronavírus em desenvolvendo com a GlaxoSmithKline provavelmente custaria menos de 10 euros.
Uma série de dados econômicos medianos na semana passada reforçou as expectativas de que o BCE manterá uma postura acomodatícia para sustentar a inflação, em linha com o Federal Reserve dos EUA.
“Liquidez e baixas taxas de juros sozinhas não podem ser a solução para tudo, então é essencial ver a melhoria contínua dos dados econômicos e o fim da pandemia de alta sustentável em ativos de risco”, disse Hussein Sayed, estrategista-chefe de mercado da FXTM.
Os dados mostraram que a produção industrial alemã subiu muito menos do que o esperado em julho, sugerindo que a maior economia da Europa tem um lento retorno aos níveis que precederam a crise desencadeada pela pandemia do coronavírus.

Os bancos europeus ficaram estáveis após uma forte abertura, após uma recuperação na semana passada nas negociações de M&A entre o Bankia e o Caixabank.
Em Londres, o índice Financial Times subiu 2,39%, a 5.937 pontos.
Em Frankfurt, o índice DAX ganhou 2,01%, a 13.100 pontos.
Em Paris, o índice CAC-40 evoluiu 1,79%, a 5.053 pontos.
Em Milão, o índice Ftse/Mib teve valorização de 1,79%, a 19.738 pontos.
Em Madri, o índice Ibex-35 registrou ganho de 1,3%, a 7.080 pontos.
Em Lisboa, o índice PSI20 valorizou-se 1,42%, a 4.308 pontos.
