Presença digital e criação de novos serviços foram essenciais para o sucesso do empresário, que já recuperou o faturamento de antes da pandemia. Uma papelaria familiar da Zona Leste de São Paulo conseguiu sobreviver à crise gerada pela pandemia do coronavírus e até aumentar o faturamento. Wilson Roque de Paula toca o negócio desde os anos 1970. Enfrentou e sobreviveu ao sobe e desce da economia. Quando a papelaria fechou, por causa da pandemia, ele se manteve firme e foi buscar alternativas.
Com a ajuda das filhas, que agora são suas sócias, o empresário lançou kits para crianças terem atividades em casa. A divulgação desse e de outros produtos foi feita pelo WhastApp e um cartaz na porta da loja. A entrega por motoboy atraiu clientes até de outros bairros.
Wilson buscou alternativas para enfrentar a crise durante a pandemia

“Pra quem nos procura, passamos todas as informações. Até teste de caneta, por exemplo. A gente procura tornar isso cada vez mais real pra não ficar só na imagem. Fazemos vídeo pro cliente ter noção do que está comprando”, explica Alessandra de Paula, uma das filhas de Wilson.
O aumento da presença digital não parou aí. Wilson teve a ideia de vender produtos de papelaria em vários marketplaces, grandes shoppings virtuais. “Foi a grande sacada. Não só por recuperar o faturamento, mas pra dar perspectiva pro futuro. Nós não sabemos como será daqui pra frente, porque as vendas digitais estão aumentando e não podemos ficar de fora disso”.
A estratégia deu certo. Em maio, a papelaria recuperou os 20% do faturamento perdidos em abril. E em junho ele já subiu 35%.
Mesmo com permissão para abrir, a papelaria continua de portões fechados, por opção dos donos. O atendimento foi totalmente digitalizado. O cliente só passa no local pra retirar o que escolheu por foto ou recebe o produto em casa.
